Forgiveness for a Furret
As you likely already know, the Accumula Walkers of the Citrus League are a popular team with a reputation for always bringing their charming Furrets to wow the fans wherever they go. However, in season three an unforeseen event ended up keeping all available lead Furrets from participating in their Spikemuth matches. To make up for this, the Walkers had a very special team recruited to make up for the Spikemuth crowd missing their Furret fun. Written in collaboration with, and cross-published to, the Accumula Times.
The Accumula Walkers are a team that always keeps their pageantry as high priority. A win for the Walkers is that the fans and spectators have a good time and get to see a fun match with their favourite players, which is why they always make sure to bring the fan-favourite Furret players to every match. In the words of the Walkers manager,
"It's really not a Walkers game if you don't see a Furret! That's why we keep multiple lead Furrets in the roster, so that if one gets sick, injured, or is mentally not well, we can always have another step up for the fans. Unfortunately, even with that system in place we had an embarassing slip up. Last season, none of our Furrets were fit to play in our matches with the Spikemuth Steely Hooligans. In apology, we made sure to bring the Furrets en masse on our season four return to the town."
And boy, did they make up for it! In their second match at Spikemuth this season, they brought out an entire team of honorary Furrets to give the fans what the missed. We here at the Sunyshore Scuttlebutt have been offered the chance for an exclusive interview with the members of this bombastic team.
Andante

Of course, every Walkers fan and likely Citrus League fan in general recognizes Andante. One of the lead Furrets for the Walkers, Andante is a common sight to many. Andante acted as lead Furret for this crew of honorary Furrets going up against the Hooligans, and was also responsible for helping select and train them. She also claims partial credit for coming up with the idea after feeling bad for catching a flu on her planned Spikemuth match last season.
Fearit
she/him
Our first honorary Furret of the team is the high-flying 'Fearit'! Much as Zubats are sometimes called 'Rattata with Wings', this Staraptor claims she embodies the qualities of a Furret with wings. When news that the Walkers were looking for honorary Furrets for a match, he was quick to fly to Accumula and apply. She was certainly an asset in their match, taking down three opponents before falling!
Fuzzet

Next up, an electronic Furret in the wash: 'Fuzzet'! Fuzzet dreams of one day creating an electronic device that emulates a Furret's form. They are rarely seen without their large Furret plushie, which they meticulously wash and clean on the regular with their laundry machine appliance form.
Furrost
she/her
The chilliest Furret you'll ever meet, it's 'Furrost'! Hailing from the frozen north of Snowpoint, Furrost fills the same niche as Furret in their home, being a large fluffy mammalian who's great at keeping others warm. She's quite large and imposing, but at her core is a real sweetheart, and a great hugger. While she didn't get to do much in their match, she was glad she got to show up and play for the Walkers.

Supposedly the future of Furret-kind, meet '|= (_) 12 12 3 7'! While it seems unlikely that a Furret would evolve over time into a wide squat creature with two claws, it wouldn't be the first Pokemon species to undergo carcinization! |= (_) 12 12 3 7 is eager to discuss theories on what the future of Pokemon may look like, and spends most of er time reading Sci-Fi novels and speculative evolution pieces. Er signal beam to take down Kinda Cracked in their match-up embodied the classic surprising versatility of Furrets, so there may be some truth to er claims!
202° Furretheit

A Furret whos blood boils for battle, it's '202° Furretheit'! This fiery fighter embodies a Furret's ferocity, which you probably wouldn't consider a core aspect of Furret, but Walkers fans are quite aware of the punch a Furret can pack. While 202° Furretheit couldn't showcase his strength in his match, he was quite excited being able to participate as a long-time Walkers fan.
