story

• Born to a mage of the Lundevidenoir family in Gelmorra, was raised to be another in a long line of great mages, but didn't have passion for it himself, and skipped his studies to goof off instead.
• On one such outing when avoiding his responsibilities, he met a hard-working girl around his age by the name of Marionne. They became fast friends, their relationship later growing to love. When they were older, the two moved in together and started a family, with Percevain as the main bread-maker and Marionne as a homebody, supplementing their income with weaving. A few years into living together, they had a child.
• When their child was five, a small cave-in happened near the district of Gelmorra they lived in, and they deemed the area too dangerous to raise a child in. They moved to Gridania, but Percevain faced heavy prejudice, unable to hold down a job. With Gridania not working, they took a chance on a rumour and moved once more to Limsa Lominsa, where Percevain found stable employment on the crew of the Wicked Wamoura.

• Very warm and optimistic, a real joker. Pretty street smart, not very book smart.
• Cares the world about his wife and daughter, their well-being is his number one priority. His own father was very dismissive of him, so he makes it a point to support Dianne wholeheartedly.
• If you manage to get on his bad side, he will not hesitate to tear into you. Usually only happens if you insult his race or his family.

• Doesn't fight often, but is trained with an axe and knives in case of emergencies. In absence of either of those two, is a decent brawler.
• Can hold his breath for a surprisingly long time, has incredible lung capacity.
• Very cagey about the specific details of his work, both past and present.
