Flaire DeLune
~ Suramar's Flame of Rebellion ~

story

• A Nightborne elf born in Suramar during its 10,000 years of isolation, she grew up in the middle class of society, living a fairly normal life and studying the arcane.
• Many years later, Grand Magistrix Elisande sells out the Nightborne of Suramar, pledging her people's loyalty to the demons of the Burning Legion.
• Joins an underground revolutionary group fighting for the deposement of Elisande and liberation of the Nightborne people. Leads a double life as a citizen upholding the status quo by day, while working to dismantle it by night. Uses the arcane arts she'd studied to channel powerful fire spells to assist in rebel operations. Around now is the first time the name Flaire DeLune appears in official records.
• Aided by adventurers from the outside world, the insurrection succeeds and Suramar is liberated from the Legion. Flaire continues to fight alongside the Horde and Alliance until the Legion's destruction.
• Pledges herself to the Horde to keep fighting against unjust rulership. This decision aged incredibly well as Sylvanas almost immediately betrayed the Horde. Fought alongside Saurfang's rebels to force Sylvanas' retirement.

personality

• Incredibly anti-authoritarian and very counterculture, will only take orders if she respects the person giving them. Typically just does whatever she feels like doing herself, but understands that 'crash and burn' does not always work.
• Very hot-headed and has a short fuse. While she is primarily a spellcaster, she's not averse to a physical smackdown if it comes down to it.
• Has a bit of an ego, has self-titled herself 'The Flame of Rebellion', but her bragging usually has an element of truth behind it.

other

• It's fairly likely that Flaire DeLune is not her real name, but nobody is brave enough to question her on this fact.
• Kept track of how many demons she immolated during the fight against the Legion, taking down 1634 by her count.
• Picked up sewing/clothmending somewhat out of necessity as she kept torching her clothes with her fire magic, and couldn't take them to a tailor in Suramar without breaking her cover.
• Had never eaten any spicy food until leaving Suramar and joining the Horde. The first time she eat a spicy warsong boar flank it destroyed her from the inside out and she fell in love instantly. She's absolutely not built for spicy food but she refuses to go back to the same old Nightborne cuisine now that her taste horizons have been expanded.
