story

• Former ranger of the High Elves who followed Prince Kael'Thas into Outland, allied with the Illidari and joined in the attack on Arthas in Northrend. During the assault, her husband Rondo was struck down in battle, and she lost her daughter Aria in the chaos, assumed dead without her protection, as she couldn't be found once they retreated to Outland.
• With seemingly nothing left to lose, she made the ultimate sacrifice and became a demon hunter under the service of Lord Illidan, seeking vengeance against the demonic chessmasters who caused her family's death.
• After the defeat of the Legion and Illidan's disappearance, many Illidari became aimless and struggled to adapt back to a 'normal' life. For Dawn, she found a calling working alongside the Ebon Blade on vigils in Northrend, keeping the Scourge in check.

personality

• Always carrying the loss of her family with her, and will never forgive the Scourge and Legion for stealing their future together. Engraved Rondo and Aria's names onto each of her warglaives, as a way of keeping their memory alive alongside her.
• After having a life defined by sorrow for decades, Dawn is slowly starting on the road of emotional recovery. Working with the Ebon Blades has helped, as many of them have experience with loss and far better coping strategies than most Illidari.
• Was recommended that she try to pick up a hobby, so she took to raising flowers. She has a small pot with some Eversong Tulips that she tends to. They bring back a lot of memories, as Rondo frequently gifted them to her while they were dating. She tries her best to keep her thoughts on the positive side whenever he comes up.

• Her husband, Rondo Lumineth, died in the Frozen Throne incident and was resurrected as a San'layn, while her daughter Aria grew up in Shattrath and joined the Horde. They are both unaware that the other is still alive, assuming that they died alongside Rondo.
• When undertaking the trials to become a demon hunter, she killed and ate the heart of a Dreadlord, representing the manipulation of Arthas, the man who killed her family.
