story

  • In his younger days, Brandy Brendo was a beekeeper who helped supply honey to the Mildenhall Meadery and the citizens of Kul'Tiras. He was always good at calming down the swarms when they got agitated, and was sometimes called a "bee whisperer" because of his talents. He lived a fairly uneventful life, building up a small reputation in his town as a peacemaker who could settle an argument in minutes.
  • He married, adopted a few children, and passed down the beekeeping business, going into retirement. Life was going fine, until the Fourth War broke out across Azeroth. Brandy's peaceful retirement was shattered, but he saw a glimmer of hope in the Pandaren adventurer who helped his town stay safe. After the Kul'Tirans officially joined the Alliance, he sought out the Pandaren, who taught him the way of the Monk so that he could join their ranks as a peacekeeper.

personality

  • Brandy Brendo has a mellow disposition, exuding very calm vibes to the people he meets. His main goal is to solve conflicts without violence, but in worst case scenarios he is not above fighting to protect the peace. He wishes to pass on the peace that he grew up in to the next generation.
  • He's not in the best shape for fighting, but when needed he's able to limber up and get into a groove once he's got some mead in him, although when the alcohol leaves his system the consequences catch up to him and has to take a break for a while to recover.

other

  • He has a limp and has to walk with a cane, which he has replaced with a quarterstaff after his monk training.
  • His family still lives in Kul'Tiras, and he often visits his husband and children when he has the time, and they inspire him to keep up the good fight.
  • He can identify where a beehive is from and what kind of flower they source their nectar with just from a taste of their honey.
